BitBitReviews only works if the reviews are real. These are the guidelines every review on the platform is expected to follow.

What we publish

  • A genuine experience you personally had with the website
  • Specific detail: what you bought, what went wrong or right, and when
  • Updates to your review after the company responds

What we remove

  • Reviews written in exchange for payment, discounts or gifts
  • Referral links, promo codes or any advertising
  • Personal data, abuse, or accusations you cannot describe factually

How a review reaches a page

    You submit a review with a star rating, a headline and the date of your experience.

  2. 2

    We check it against the guidelines above.

  3. 3

    It appears on the company page and counts towards the aggregate rating.
